Its funny how people  like them can write very good lalo na sa blog. They can express yung inner feelings nila gamit ang mga naglulupitang mga english words. Napakafluent!!! Ang galing ng mga choice of words!!! yet they don’t know how to communicate. Di marunong makipag-usap ng maayos.Bastos at lahat lahat na.

I really like this movie even if I’ve only watched a part of it. Hang kyut ng gurl eh wahehehe… its kinda mushy too eh hehe.

Hay… ang hirap nga naman when you loose a very wonderful person. Sometimes you try to get along with other people expecting them to be like that person na nawala then you realize na that person is irriplaceable. Sometimes we get to careless. We take for granted the people around us. We sometimes forget to value friends or people who help us in so many ways. Well even in small ways.

Ang sarap pakinggan kaya maenganyo kang pumasok sa isang grupo o tanggapin ang isang produkto tapos aasa ka. ok sa una tapos unti-unti mapapako yung mga pangako. Walang explanasyon. The term ‘TEAM BUILDING’ can refer generally to the selection and motivation of teams, or more specifically to group self-assessment in the theory and practice of organizational development.

When a team in an organizational development context embarks upon a process of self-assessment in order to gauge its own effectiveness and thereby improve performance, it can be argued that it is engaging in team building, although this may be considered a narrow definition.

The process of team building includes, (a) clarifying the goal, and building ownership across the team and (b)identifying the inhibitors to teamwork and removing or overcoming them, or if they cannot be removed, mitigating their negative effect on the team.

To assess itself, a team seeks feedback to find out both:

  • its current strengths as a team
  • its current weaknesses

To improve its current performance, a team uses the feedback from the team assessment in order to:

  • identify any gap between the desired state and the actual state
  • design a gap-closure strategy
